Professor Sarah Brenner is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, completing her medical training at the University of Graz Medical School in Austria and at the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University. She took her post-graduate training in the Department of Dermatology at Ichilov Hospital, an affiliate of the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University. From 1989 until 2008, she was Head of the Department of Dermatology at the Sourasky Medical Center of Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.
She has Guest Edited an issue on the role of gender in dermatologic disease, which evolved into the book, An Illustrated Manual of Gender Dermatology, and another on women’s dermatology, from which developed the textbook Women’s Dermatology: from Infancy to Maturity and the Atlas of Women’s Dermatology: from Infancy to Maturity.
