Mineral waters: instead of cosmetics or better than cosmetics?

      Cosmetics are regarded as products, other than soaps, intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled or sprayed on, or otherwise applied to, the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance of the skin.

      This definition includes such products as skin creams, lotions, perfumes, cleansers, lipsticks, deodorants, and face makeup.
